Shipping policy

Fessman MFG currently ships only within the contiguous 48 United States. We do not ship internationally or to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or APO/FPO addresses unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and delivery address.

Most in-stock orders ship within 3–5 business days. Custom and made-to-order products may require additional production time. Any applicable production estimate will be included in the product description or communicated after ordering.

Orders are shipped through USPS or UPS, depending on package size, weight, and destination. Delivery dates provided by shipping carriers are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. Please contact fessmanmfg@gmail.com promptly if you discover an error in your shipping information.

Fessman MFG is not responsible for carrier delays, severe weather, or packages marked delivered by the carrier. Please retain all packaging and contact us promptly if an order arrives damaged.
